Former Asante Kotoko striker, Eric Bekoe has cautioned his former club to be wary of Hearts of Oak and never tend to underestimate them due to the recent happenings in the team, heading into the Super-Clash
The 'Phobians' jittery and inconsistent season continues having lost their last two league matches leading to series of chaos from their camp throughout the week.
Some irate fans stopped head coach Slavko Matic from supervising their final training session in what they described as poor performance.
However, the rivals Asante Kotoko got themselves back on winning ways in the midweek after nipping on Enoch Morrison's lone goal to narrowly edge out Bechem United.
Speaking on Kumasi FM, the 2008 GPL top scorer has played in this fixture before and knows what the Rainbow Club are capable of doing even in their bad times and has urged his former club to be extra careful.
"Hearts of Oak is more dangerous when they are in crisis so I will advise the current Kotoko players to be cautious of Hearts and prepare massively for the game and put in their all, Hearts is like a dead goat who fears no knife and they perform magic in their darkest time."
The game is scheduled for Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the Ohene Gyan Stadium at 1500GMT
