Hearts of Oak head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara has stated that he is learning to avoid mistakes after guiding his side to scoop their first win of the season.
The Phobians have had a difficult start to the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season, losing their first two games.
However, the tide turned on Sunday after they secured a 2-0 win over old foes - Bechem United at the University of Ghana Stadium.
Speaking after the match, Ouattara revealed that he is bent on working to avoid mistakes that caused him to record defeats in his first two matches.
"I made changes against Heart of Lions, and it did not work.
"Today, I kept faith in the team, and they responded well. It shows that we are human, but also that I am learning from these experiences and not repeating mistakes."
Hearts of Oak will travel to Abrankese to face Nations FC in the Matchday four fixture at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
