Hearts of Oak Board Member, Alhaji Braimah Akambi says they have quality players as he insists that they made good recruitment in the transfer window.

Hearts of Oak lost to AS Bamako by 3:0 in the CAF Confederations Cup last weekend.

Alhaji Akambi, one of the most unpopular leaders within the club, believes that they have quality players as he insists that they made great recruitment over the summer.
 
"Everyone knows Hearts of Oak have quality and I don't think football fanatics will begrudge it. We made good recruitment during the transfer window," he told Wontu
"We have about 10 players playing for various national teams and that tells you we have a very good team.
 
 "In football, anything can happen, you will not even understand yourself when you think about certain things.
"We just need prayers and am sure we can overturn that scoreline," he added.
