Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of 15-year-old centre-back Felix Otoboah from Kumasi Kwadaso-based juvenile side Team Grace Sporting Club on a long-term deal.
The dotted lines were signed on Thursday, a day before FIFA’s transfer ban on the Phobians officially took effect.
Otoboah, regarded as one of the brightest young talents in Ashanti Region, is currently a Form Two student at Asanteman Senior High School in Kumasi.
The teenager’s arrival is seen as a move to strengthen Phobians nurturing of young talents and long-term squad planning.
