Ghana Premier League heavyweights Accra Hearts of Oak have reportedly informed Fatawu Mohammed and Mohammed Alhassan that they have no future with them and would have to look for new clubs, according to phobianews.com.

The two players have been essentially cast aside since the arrival of Slavko Matic, with Alhassan losing his position to Robert Addo Sowah and Fatawu to Samuel Inkoom.

Matic is understood not to be convinced of the qualities of Fatawu and Alhassan and has duly informed the hierarchy of the club of his decision not to have the two players in his team when the league resumes.

This news will surely come as a shock to many a Hearts fan since the two have since their arrival at the club been loyal to the cause of the club.

Fatawu Mohammed has been with Hearts since 2013 and played an integral role when Hearts won the double two seasons ago. Mohammed Alhassan on the other hand joined the Phobians in 2018.
