Kwame Opare Addo, the Communication Director of Hearts of Oak, has raised concerns about the disparity between the club's quality resources and their performance on the pitch, expressing a firm belief that better outcomes should be achievable.

Despite facing a tumultuous season marked by inconsistent displays, Addo acknowledges a modest improvement in the team's performance during the second round compared to the initial phase. However, he admits that the current results fail to reflect the club's true potential.

"In evaluating our season, it's evident that the second round hasn't met our expectations entirely. However, considering our journey from preseason and the challenges of the first round, there's been a noticeable uptick," Addo commented during an interview with StarTimes.

Throughout the season, the Phobians have encountered difficulties, consistently residing in the lower echelons of the league table. Presently positioned 13th with 35 points, they hover precariously close to the relegation zone.

Despite the adversities, Addo underscores the club's unwavering commitment to improvement, citing the caliber of players at their disposal.

With an upcoming fixture against Berekum Chelsea on Wednesday, Hearts of Oak aims to reverse their fortunes and secure a favorable outcome, signaling their determination to ascend the league standings.
