Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara has under a huge scrutiny recently from the teeming fans but has responded to them subtly that their criticism rather makes him stronger

The 'Phobians' at certain point in the early stages of the second were contenders for the league title but have dropped in performance recently and are now eight points away from the top four

This has brought a huge criticism on the Ivorian gaffer from the Phobians with many of them calling for his jettisoning at the end of the season

Speaking in an interview, the experienced coach said he is not bothered one bit by the backslash he's received recently and is most likely he will still continue next season in Accra having gotten to support of the club's top hierarchy

He further stated their game against Accra Lions this weekend will be difficult but will play their hearts to secure the precious win to climb up the table

“Criticism from the fans is a motivation for me.

“Accra Lions is a good team. This is not going to be a small match. It can be one of the toughest matches for both teams. I hope we can get the maximum points, but it’s going to be difficult,” Coach Aboubakar Ouattara said.

The game against Accra Lions is slated 16:00GMT (4:00pm) at the Ohene Gyan Stadium
