Leader for the minority in Parliament, Honourable Haruna Iddrisu says he is yet to fully takeover Ghana Premier League side, Karela United.
Haruna Iddrisu was reported to have acquired Karela United from the Abena Brigidi for a fee in the region of $600,000, according to reports in the local media.
The reports further indicated that, he will relocate the team from the Western region to the Northern part of the country.
Haruna Iddrisu is currently the owner of Ghana Division One League Side, Steadfast FC in the Zone One.
Karela United are 15th with 11 points after nine games in the Ghanaian top-flight.
Bismark Kobby Mensah have resigned from his post as the head coach of Karela United.
Haruna Iddrisu said he's yet to takeover Karela United- as the new owner.
"I'm yet to takeover as the new Karela United owner but currently we're in to support the team. We will do our best to put the club forward," he said
