Former Aduana Stars forward Isaac Mintah has successfully passed his medical and is set to join Asante Kotoko, Kickgh.com can confirm.
The 25-year-old, currently a free agent, parted ways with Libyan side Al-Ahli after a brief stint.
Mintah initially joined Al-Ahli in February 2024, following an impressive run with Aduana Stars in the Ghana Premier League, where he netted 17 goals and provided 4 assists in 40 appearances.
Having returned to Ghana after his time in Libya, Mintah is poised to sign for the Porcupine Warriors during the ongoing second transfer window.
Mintah has already trained with the Kotoko squad, allowing the technical team to evaluate his performance ahead of the official announcement.
The prolific forward is expected to bolster Kotoko’s attack as they aim to strengthen their squad for the remainder of the season.
