Ghanaian champions, Asante Kotoko according to a reliable source reaching Kickgh.com, are set to name former Burkina Faso national team gaffer Kamou Malo as their new head coach.
This is mainly due to the recent resignation of Prosper Narteh Ogum in less than just a month after winning the club's 24th league title in their history.
This development has left the Board and management somehow confused as they still remain in talks with the Educationist to rescind his earlier decision.
However, the latest speculations states that, the Porcupine Warriors have begun talks with experience Burkinabe gaffer Kamou Malo, who is very close to taking over the two time African champions for the upcoming season.
The 59 year old, and also a former footballer has so much experience when it comes to coaching, having handled clubs like USFA, AS Sonabel and had two spells with giants RC Kadiogo all in his native.
The ex- Police officer led the Stallions to the fourth position in the just ended 2021 Africa Cup of Nations which was staged in Cameroon early this year.
