Karela United have completed the signing of winger Abdul-Shakun Abubakari on a two-year contract from relegated Ghana Premier League club Accra Lions.
The 21-year-old joins the club ahead of the 2025/26 season as Karela look to strengthen their squad following a difficult season.
Abubakari, who previously featured for Tamale-based Division One League Zone One campaigners' Steadfast FC, is expected to bring versatility and firepower to the attack of the Pride and Passion.
The pacy winger turned out in 10 games for Accra Lions last season, finding the net once.
