Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko will clash with Bechem United for the third time this season in what promises to be another crunchy tie.

The Hunters are yet to taste a regulation time defeat from the giants in their previous two meetings.

They won the first leg by 2-0 at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park before playing out a 2-2 stalemate in the FA Cup in round of 32 but unfortunately lost via penalty shootouts.

Currently on the league log, both Bechem United and Kotoko are found on the second and third spots respectively, with just two points difference and a win for either side today will be really malleable to their season.

Speaking on Nhyira FM, Bechem United head coach Kasim Ocansey Mingle has admitted Kotoko is a strong side but added with so much optimism that, they ain't scared of them and are ready to claim the maximum points at stake this afternoon.

"They [Kotoko] have a very good team but we're not scared. My players are young but ain't scared of any team"

The game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Baba Yara Stadium at 1500GMT
