Nations FC head coach, Kassim Ocansey Mingle has praised the performance of his players and described their win over the weekend as a 'sweet' one.

The Eagles recorded their second win of the season and that again happened away from home after a narrow 0-1 triumph over Dreams FC, thanks to Nafiu Sulemana's late goal.

The Sky-Blues are still unbeaten after five matches with two wins and three draws, and are currently occupying the fourth spot with nine points.

Reacting to the win, the experienced gaffer commended his players for the display they put up in their last game to hand them what was a very sweet victory.

“We took control of the game, started pressing them, and pressed until we got our goal. After we got the goal, we changed the system again.

“A sweet victory for us, coming all the way from Kumasi, Abrankese, to win at Tuba, Accra.

“It's very massive. I congratulate my boys; they played well and did well. So, we're going to prepare, forget about this victory, and start preparing for the nice game ahead of us.”

Nations FC will host Bibiani Goldstars at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in the next round of matches this weekend.
