Ghana Premier League side King Faisal FC have announced the appointment of Ignatius Osei-Fosu as the club's new head coach after a fruitful negotiations earlier this week.

Osei-Fosu is joining the Kumasi based outfit as replacement for Jimmy Cobblah whose contract was abrogated following the club's uninspiring performance in the ongoing season.

The Ghana U17 assistant coach becomes the third coach of King Faisal in the 2022/23 season's campaign.
 
The club's official statement reads “We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ignatius Osei-Fosu as our new head coach.”
 
“Ignatius joins us, having previously served as the head coach at Liberty, Eleven Wonders, Medeama, and Dreams will be in the dugout for tonight game against Kotoko.”
 
Osei-Fosu, who had his last stint at Dreams FC, will be in the dug-out of King Faisal FC against Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League match-week 21 outstanding fixture this evening.
 
He previously handled Liberty Professionals, Techiman Eleven Wonders and Medeama SC.
