Kumasi Asante Kotoko defender Richard Osei Agyeman is optimistic his side will lift the GPL title despite their current position on the League log.
The Porcupine Warriors are back in contention for the new trophy Of the Ghana Premier League after a poor second round start.
The former Berekum Chelsea guardsman believes that grabbing the top spot earlier will help them clinch the title.
“Firstly we want to be on top of the league log afterwards winning the league title will be an easy task" he told Kumasi based radio station Silver FM
"We're working hard to secure victory over Aduana [Stars] on Wednesday".
"We are gradually returning to our winning ways and we're also hoping to win the remaining matches” he added
The 'Kum Apem' lads are currently fourth on the log sheet with 39 points and will be hosting Aduana Stars on Wednesday.
