Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts of Oak, participated in a friendly match against Eddies Football Club on Tuesday.
At the conclusion of the match, the Phobians emerged victorious with a resounding 5-0 win over the lower-tier side.
The game took place at the Pobiman Sports Complex, where Hearts of Oak took an early lead with a goal from Raphael Frimpong.
As the game progressed, striker Kojo Obeng Jnr netted twice, while goals from Isaac Frimpong and Hamza Issah sealed the comprehensive victory for Hearts of Oak.
Today's friendly match is a part of Hearts of Oak's preparations for their upcoming second game of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
Following their defeat on the opening day against RTU over the weekend, the Phobians are determined to secure a win against Nsoatreman FC next weekend at the Accra Sports Stadium.
