Head coach of Hearts of Oak Aboubakar Ouattara has revealed that the common problem coaches in the Ghana Premier League are facing is their strikers inability to score goals.
Following the Phobians 3-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park on Wednesday, the Ivorian admitted that all the coaches in the GPL are struggling with their attackers to whip in at pace and notch home in matches.
“Goalscoring is one common problem facing all coaches in the Ghana Premier League. It depends on so many things. If the environment of the team is calm it goes a long way to help the team” he said after the Berekum Chelsea game.
Ouattara went ahead to state that attackers can challenge themselves to come up with even more imaginative ways to score.
Hearts of Oak will aim to maintain their momentum in their upcoming Matchday 30 fixture against Aduana Stars on May 17.
