Legon Cities FC have re-signed former midfielder Jonah Attuquaye on a permanent deal in the just-opened January transfer window.
The 24-year-old returns to the Royals after ending his almost two-year stay with Latvian topflight fold FK Auda and has gladly accepted to return home to relaunch himself.
Jonah, got the spotlight during his time at Berekum Chelsea where he impressed so well and joined Legon Cities after just a season at the Golden City Park.
He once again lived up to the height with consistent top-notch performances which eventually earned him a move to Europe where he made 39 appearances in all competitions including two games in the UEFA Conference League qualifiers.
Jonah Attuquaye has completed agreement with his former club and will be available for them in the second round of the 2024/25 football season with details of his move not yet revealed.
He made 87 appearances in the Ghana Premier League with 19-goal involvements; having scored 15 and provided 4 assists.
