Liberty Professionals skipper, Samuel Sarfo, says his side are also in the hunt for the league title in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign.
The combative midfield enforcer has stated that his side can also clinch the league diadem at the expense of their competitors.
Samuel Sarfo believes the 2015/2016 league title could be annexed by any of the top clubs, but says his outfit can cause a surprise by laying their hands on the new trophy in the Ghana's top-flight.
" All the top teams now can win the league title. Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, Wa All Stars and Aduana Stars all stand the chance of winning the trophy," Sarfo told Kumas-based Ahoto FM.
"But considering how close the gap is in terms of points accumulation, I think my side(Liberty Professionals) can also win the league title. I'm sure we all started the league with the hope of annexing the trophy and looking at what is happening now, I think we too stand the better chance of winning the title as we also want it in our fold,"
"So, it is not only Kotoko or Hearts of Oak that must clinch the league title at all cost; but rather all of us can do so and we are looking forward to cause a stir by beating off competition for the trophy for now," he emphasized.
Liberty Professionals will play Kotoko at the Carl Reindorf Park at Dansoman on match day 24 of the GPL.
