The Porcupine Warriors are reportedly considering a move to secure the signature of the talented midfielder from Real Tamale United for their next season's campaign.
Ghana Premier League heavyweights Asante Kotoko have expressed interest in signing Real Tamale United's Abdul Manaf Umar following his explosive performance in the ongoing season.
Manaf Umar, who joined Real Tamale United on a free transfer prior to the commencement of the 2022/23 season after leaving Hearts of Oak, has had a tremendous campaign at the Tamale based outfit which has attracted him interest from Asante Kotoko.
He has been a key performer for Real Tamale United in the Ghanaian top-flight league, scoring five goals and provided three assists in 29 appearances.
Asante Kotoko have penciled the former Hearts of Oak enforcer to bolster their squad list for the next season after a challenge campaign, now occuping sixth position with 44 points.
He is the top scorer of the 2022/23 MTN FA Cup competition despite his club's elimination in the round of 8.
