There is a lot of quality at Hearts of Oak but the Dutchman has lamented that every player must fight to break into the first team, as playing time is not a gift.
Since his arrival, Koopman has boosted the Phobians squad, hoping to make the club one of the toughest side's to beat on the domestic scene.
"Look, I have 30 players and the 30 players are all in the family; all the same. So, we have a lot of players who have the same qualities. So, players are disappointed and that’s good. You must be disappointed if you are not playing," Koopman said.
“So, they must fight back in the week to come into the team. And everybody must fight for his place in the team," he added.
The Rainbow lads will be hoping to shake off their PL opening day defeat to RTU as they welcome Nsoatreman FC to the Accra Sports Stadium for their matchday 2 game on Sunday, September 24.
