Asante Kotoko's list of absentees continues to shorten with the return of midfielder Justice Blay to first-team training.
The hardworking midfielder has been absent since the team's 2-1 victory over Samartex, but is now in the running to be included in the matchday squad for their upcoming Premier League fixture against Bibiani Gold Stars.
Blay is considered one of Asante Kotoko's top midfielders, but injuries have limited him to just 13 appearances in 29 league games this season, resulting in other players having to fill in for him.
Asante Kotoko confirmed his return via Twitter on Thursday morning.

The Porcupine Warriors will be hosting Gold Stars at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium this weekend and will be looking to end their two-game winless run, having drawn 1-1 with Tamale City and lost 2-0 to Accra Great Olympics in their previous matches.
As it stands, the club is currently ranked fifth on the league table with 43 points.
