Bibiani Goldstars are back into the top-four of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League table following a home win over already relegated club Kotoku Royals on Sunday afternoon.
A first half brace ensured the Miners recorded a 3-1 home victory over Kotoku Royals in the Premier League match-week 32 fixture at the Dun's Park in Bibiani.
Free-scoring Abednego Tetteh opened the floodgate for Bibiani Goldstars with a fine strike on the 5th minute after capitalizing on a counter-attack launched in the early minutes of the game.
Kotoku Royals restored the parity of the game before the half-hour mark when Collins Kudjoe smashed a long range shot past goalkeeper Joseph Baah on the 27th minute.
Five minutes later, Tetteh made it 2-1 for the host to end the first half with a win.
Bibiani Goldstars continued their impressive performance against Kotoku Royals to extend their lead on the 51st minute of the game.
Striker Prince Owusu Kwabena extended their lead to 3-1 to aid them secure all the needed points at the Dun's Park in Bibiani.
