Joshua Agyemang netted the opener just before halftime as he beat Benjamin Asare to the punch for the opener.
Forward Jonathan Sowah added a second after 66 minutes to seal the win. Medeama have climbed up to the 6th spot with 34 points whiles Oly Dade dropped to the 13th spot with 27 points.
