King Faisal FC put up a spirited performance to humble Legon Cities by 3-1 at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in an epic week 33 tie. 

Both teams headed into the game with strong line ups as they all set sights on nothing but a win to enhance their survival chances.

King Faisal opened the scoring account on the 23rd minute through Abdul Latif who scored from a penalty kick.
 
The Royals after the game responded on a higher note after going down, tried creating some series of chances but all proved futile.
 
Back from recess, the 'Insha Allah' lads looked really jittery at the beginning of the second half as they look to preserve their lead.
 
On the 68th minute, Abdul Latif scored a beauty to double their lead and put themselves in a very huge advantage.
 
Ebenezer Amegah scored on the 76th minute to reduce deficit and kept themselves alive in the game.
 
That wouldn't last for long as Baba Yahaya scored just three minutes later to restore their two goal lead. 
 
It ended 3-1 after full time. King Faisal FC despite the win continue to remain the danger zone.
