Karela ended their two-game losing streak for a Ghana Premier League victory at Nana Amoah Koronmansah Park as Maxwell Arthur saw them beat Nsoatreman 1-0 to ease the pressure on manager Shaibu Tanko.

Arthur scored the decisive goal sixty-sixth minutes into the second half, scoring from a direct free kick.

Home team - Nsoatreman came close in snatching the share of the spoils but Karela safest-pair-of-hands - Abdul Ganiu denied them on countless occasions.

The Pride and Passion’ victory has moved them out of the relegation zone, manning the 14th position with 15 points on the league table.

The ‘Efiri Tete Amanaso’ are now third on the summit with 24 points.
