Berekum Chelsea have extended their unbeaten streak following a 1-0 home victory over Medeama SC in their match-week three encounter at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa.
Berekum Chelsea have now adopted the Nana Agyemang Badu Park as home venue after the disapproval of the Golden City Park by the Club Licensing Board prior to the start of the 2022/23 season.
The fixture looked balanced in the first half as the two teams possessed the ball in the middle with few chances created but none earned either the opener.
In the second half, Berekum Chelsea warmed themselves into the game with an intense pressure on the visitors.
Chelsea's impressive performance in the second half earned them the only goal through Prince Anane on the 85th minute of the game to hand the home side all the needed points.
Chelsea currently sits on top of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League table with seven points after three games.
