The seventh match-week of the Ghana Premier League season delivered a Saturday afternoon scintillating moment as Great Olympics emerged victorious over Nations FC.

This cagey encounter at Accra Sports Stadium ended in Oly Dade’s favor as both side’s enjoyed standout performances with a dazzling display.

Great Olympics substitute Solomon Twene converted the spot kick to score the only goal of the match after 89 minutes as he showed a good determination to bury the ball in the Nations FC sticks.

Nations FC had their chances but they misfired all the shorts that came their way.

The Abrankese based side have lost all four of their away games, while Great Olympics are sitting comfortably on top of the summit with 12 points.
