Samartex incursions were thwarted by Nsoatreman's defence on the 33rd minute after taking control of the game.
Nsoatreman goalkeeper Daniel Afadzwu punched out a screamer on the 55th minute to results in a corner.
Walid Neymar's long range thunderbolt put Nsoatreman ahead on the 75th minute after coming on for Samuel Kusi 10 minutes prior.
Nsoatreman are eighth with sixteen points, whereas Samartex are sixteenth with twelve points.
