Medeama SC and Aduana FC are both targeting the signature of centre-back Musa Hamzata, who is currently a free agent following his departure from relegated Accra Lions, Kickgh.com can exclusively reveal.
The 22-year-old defender impressed during the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season, making 22 appearances and scoring three goals despite the 'Yenn Nyinaa Dea' boys struggles.
Hamzata’s commanding presence and no nonsense defensive style have attracted interest from the two former league champions, who are looking to strengthen their defensive options ahead of the new campaign.
Negotiations are ongoing, with both clubs hoping to secure a deal before the start of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
