The bleak consequence of firing a scoreless draw with Samartex in the matchday eleven of the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, 20th November, 2023, has prompted a public outcry from the 'Dade Boys' trainer - Annor Walker.
The 0-0 goalless draw with Samartex at the nation's Wembley was the seventh-placed' fourth consecutive drawn game without a goal, though more worrying as they have scored just seven goals this season.
Walker believes that the feeble form of his forwards is jeopardising the team's progress, with his concerns over their performances likely to provoke wholesale changes at the reopening of the transfer window.
“Yes, I’m worried. I told you earlier that I’m really worried because there are chances that you should not spoil. If you can spoil or you waste them, which chances do you want again? So, well, I am only waiting for the window to open, then I fix some players that maybe can help in front," he told StarTimes.
Great Olympics matchday 12 game against Medeama will not come off on Saturday, November 25 as the Yellow and Mauves will be playing their CAF Champions League group stage opener against Al Ahly SC at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo, Egypt on that day.
