Nations FC have secured the services of talented forward Moses Opoku ahead of the new season, as they look to strengthen their squad and make a meaningful impact in the Ghana Premier League.

Opoku, a first-year student at T.I AMASS in Kumasi, joins the Abrankese-based club on a permanent deal from Glorious United. The 17-year-old forward is expected to continue his development at Nations FC, seeking to attain greater heights of his career.

Opoku is the latest SHS student to feature in the Ghana Premier League, following in the footsteps of Rocky Dwamena and Foster Apetorgbor. Dwamena made appearances in the top-flight during his SHS days with T.I AMASS, while Foster Apetorgbor excelled in the inter-schools competition and earned a move to Nsoatreman FC.

The young forward is expected to be involved in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season, which commences in September. His addition is part of Nations FC's strategy to strengthen their squad ahead of the new campaign.

The Abrankese outfit finished seventh in their debut season and are determined to better that position in the new Ghana Premier League season.

They made a solid debut in the Ghanaian top-flight last term and are currently in the market searching for top players to augment their squad.
