The 21-year-old despite having series of offers at his disposal agreed to pen a two-year deal after a fruitful negotiations and will stay at the Dun's Park until 2026.
The young goalie enjoyed an impressive campaign last season with the 'Esuo Eyiri Pe Bre' outfit and has been consistent since their days in the national first division championship.
Throughout the recently concluded campaign, the enterprising goalie showcased his talent, amassing an impressive tally of over 80 saves last season.
Additionally, Kobi enjoyed 11 clean sheets in 29 league matches and was really instrumental and was also outstanding in their FA Cup run of which they got to the final but unfortunately lost 2-1 to eventual champions Nsoatreman FC.
Emmanuel Kobi is expected to join the Miners training when they resume for preseason ahead of the 2024/25 football season.
