Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of Eleven Wonders captain Kelvin Osei Asibey ahead of the upcoming season, as reported weeks ago by Kickgh.com
The highly-rated defender had his medical examination early this month at Hearts of Oak after a week of negotiations between the two clubs.
Official club statement reads; "A new member of the Phobia family. Phobians let's welcome Kelvin Osei Asibey."
The 22-year-old had an impressive season with Eleven Wonders in the Access Bank Division One League, showcasing his skills as a top defender. He appeared in 25 matches, scoring two goals and providing seven assists.
Asibey's outstanding performances earned him six Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards, including a notable display during the playoffs against Bofoakwa Tano
With his exceptional defensive abilities, Kelvin Osei Asibey is regarded as one of the best defenders in the Access Bank Division One League.
Hearts of Oak see Asibey as a valuable addition to their squad and are anticipating his signing, making him their first acquisition in the current transfer window.
