Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of midfielder Abdul Karim on a two-year contract.
The 25-year-old, who previously featured for Bechem United made the switch from Nations FC, was already reported by your authoritative football outlet Kickgh.com earlier in the week to be on the verge of signing the dotted lines for the Phobians.
The Phobians, who are rebuilding under coach Didi Dramani, will hope Karim’s arrival will strengthen their midfield department as they aim for a stronger push in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
“A new chapter begins! Hearts of Oak has added more strength to the squad. Say hello to our latest defensive midfield tower. Abdul Karim – from Nations FC to Hearts,” the club said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
Hearts of Oak last won the Ghana Premier League title in 2021.
