Hearts of Oak have confirmed the capture of versatile defender Francis Adjetey until 2027.
The 26 year old was lured in the just-closed January transfer window after a fruitful negotiations and was finally launched this morning.
Official club statement reads; "A dream transfer to Hearts of Oak. Welcome to the biggest family Francis Adjetey."
The Phobians parted ways with two members of their defensive department, in the persons of the first two captains; Fatawu Mohammed and Mohammed Alhassan.
That resulted in the capture of the former Ebony FC and Tema Youth defender who is versatile and can operate in any role in defence and will be with the Rainbow Club from now henceforth.
Hearts of Oak lost 2-0 in the 'top of table' clash against Aduana Stars last Sunday and have now dropped to the fourth position with 28 points
