Highly-rated attacker, Joseph Esso has rejoined his former club Dreams FC in the ongoing 2023/24 football season, the club just announced on their various socials.

His first spell with them started in 2020 where he joined from giants Hearts of Oak and netted 11 goals for the 'Still Believe' side before subsequently joining Algerian side MC Alger.

The 27-year-old started very well with the Algiers-based side but subsequently struggled for playing and has been unattached since parting ways with them last year.

However, he's returned to Dawu with the details of his new contract not revealed yet but is expected to help the club with his experience in both the league and the CAF Confederations Cup which they are currently in the knockout stage.

Dreams FC after a resounding 0-2 away win at Nsoatreman FC over the weekend, are currently on the 11th position with 25 points despite having two matches in hand to spare.
