Hearts of Oak have confirmed the signing of Mawuli Wayo from Bibiani Goldstars after weeks of negotiations between both parties.
Despite being offered a contract extension in Bibiani after last season, Mawuli rejected and opted to join the giants in the capital- whom he's been training with for the past weeks.
He featured in their game against Kpando Heart of Lions weeks ago in the Gbese Mantse Homowo Charity Cup and delivered an impressive performance on the day.
Mawuli, has been playing in the Ghanaian topflight for the past three seasons and has 44 appearances; having scored three goals and provided three assists within this period.
He becomes Hearts of Oak fifth player announcement today having already confirmed the captures of Yayaha Draman, Kwame Boateng, Hussein Mohammed and Yussif Ahmed Ramzy.
