Ghana Premier League side Great Olympics have farmed out Frimpong Boateng to King Faisal FC for the remainder of the 2022/23 season's campaign.
Boateng has been struggling for playing time at the ‘Oly Dade’ outfit since joining them on a free transfer in 2021.
The 22-year-old is returning to his boyhood club in Kumasi on a six-month loan deal with no option of acquisition on permanent basis.
The central midfielder is expected to commence training with Jimmy Cobblah's side next week for the second round of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
He becomes the third signing of King Faisal in the ongoing transfer window after the signing of Samuel Boakye, Benjamin Bature and Sadam Dauda
Boateng has made only one appearance in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season for Great Olympics under coach Yaw Preko after being introduced as substitute to play only two minutes in a 2-2 home draw with Bibiani Goldstars.
