Orlando Pirates forward, Kwame Peprah believes Kotoko forward Franck Etouga Mbella stands tall as to who wins the goalking in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign.
The two players, Franck Mbella and Yaw Annor have been in a fine form this season and have arguably provided one of the best competitions in the goalking race for the first in a very long time.
They are both tied on 20 goals each with two matches to end the season. The Cameroonian started really well and has been at the summit of the top scoring chat for sometime now but a sensational 12 goals netted by the AshantiGold marksman in the last five matches has seen him catch up and is most likely to leapfrog his counterpart and win.
In an interview which was quoted by Joy News, the 21 year old admitted both players have all done marvelously well but has tipped Franck Mbella to emerge as the top scorer.
"Mbella has done a very good job from when the season started, but Yaw Annor is also in top form now."
"For me, I think Mbella has led the goalscoring chart for a long time throughout the season so it will be very good for him to win."
Kwame Peprah had an outstanding debut season with South African giants Orlando Pirates having made 38 appearances with 9 efforts and an assist in all competitions in the the just-finished season.
He also led the Buccaneers to the final of the CAF Confederations Cup but sadly lost to Moroccan side RS Berkane at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, the capital of the Akwa Ibom state of Nigeria.
