Hearts of Oak head coach, Martin Koopman has stated that their outstanding matchday five clash against Heart of Lions on Wednesday was, relatively, a tough game.

The Phobians spurned several chances as they were held to a 0-0 draw by Heart of Lions at the Hohoe Stadium.

Despite the setback, Koopman pointed out that halftime served as a valuable moment for his boys to regroup and refocus on their objective but they unfortunately came out unlucky to have secured all three points.

“Again, tough game. The weather was also tough, the first half but in general we are not just a little bit lucky," he said during the post-match interview.

Hearts of Oak are lurking on the 10th spot on the summit with eleven points. They will face legon Cities for their round 10 match at home on Sunday, November 12th at 3:00pm.
