Aduana Stars head coach, Paa Kwesi Fabin has described their performance against Kotoku Royals and ended up outraging at the performance of the referee believing he was the reason they couldn't salvage all three points
The league leaders got held by the newbies to a 1-1 stalemate in the last fixture of GPL week 29 at the Theater of Dreams Park in Dawu.
It was really a cagey encounter but series of waves of attacks eventually got the visitors the opener through Isaac Mintah on the 71st minute.
Just and when they thought of running out with all three points, Prince Kwame Dogbe scored at the death to split the points after full time.
Reacting to the draw, the experience gaffer furiously questioned the performance of the referee and added that won't grant the league a worthy champion.
"Not the results I'm looking for but I'm highly disappointed in the referee in the second half because every ball that we came to tackle here is a foul against us. Look at the number of free kicks he gave them (Kotoku Royals) in the second half. Is that how we want a worthy champion of the league?"
"I never talk about referees but I'm highly disappointed for what he has done today."
Aduana Stars despite the draw are leading the Ghana Premier League with three points lead and will host Karela United in the next round of matches.
