The Sunyani Coronation Park recorded a massive attendance when Bofoakwa Tano welcomed Accra Hearts of Oak for the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League match-week three game on Saturday afternoon.

A second half lone strike from Bofoakwa Tano skipper Saaka Dauda ensured the Hunters all the three maximum points against the Premier League giants.

 

The stadium was packed to the roof as the match attracted fans from all walks of life to witness the fixture between the two clubs for the first time in the last sixteen years.

 

Bofoakwa Tano made a return to the Ghanaian top-flight after suffering relegation from the competition in 2017.

 

Currently, the Sunyani based club are unbeaten in the ongoing season and leads the Ghana Premier League log with seven points after match-day three.

 

Hearts of Oak, on the other hand, have only accrued three points from their first three games after suffering their second loss of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
