Accra Hearts of Oak has appointed Mr Vincent Sowah Odotei as the new acting managing director with the statregic committee maintained.
The former African champions were expected to dissolve the strategic committee as reported by our outfit but opted to maintain and appoint their chairman as their director.
The Phobians saw the need for the appointment as the club is required to have a Manager with their plans to float shares.
