Midfielder Richmond Lamptey has returned to the starting line up with Andrews Ntim Manu being maintained in the middle while Justice Blay commences from the bench.
Duo Kalo Ouattara and George Mfegue have been handed starting berth, leaving Steven Mukwala on the bench.
