Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has admitted they haven't been at their best recently but has assured they will not give up their quest to winning the league title anytime soon as there are still matches to play.

The Eagles serged on with their league invincibility over the Reds after another emphatic 2-0 win over the weekend in a crunchy match-week 28 fixture at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex

Nafiu Sulemana opened the scoring account with a beauty in the 15th minute before Emmanuel Annor doubled the lead at the stroke of half time to wrap up the win.

Speaking in a post-match interview with Globe TV, the enterprising Educationist wasn't really happy after their three-game winless run and has called for massive support from their fans heading into their subsequent games.

He further reiterated that, the title race isn't over as they still have games to play.

"Back to back defeats ain't the best but we as technical team we have to motivate the players irrespective of what's coming from the outside. We're with them and we know what we can do."

"They are the same people who went so many matches unbeaten so it tells you that we can do it. We just have to sit down and look at what we can do to reverse the situation."

"The league is not over, so we keep working, keep playing the games."

Asante Kotoko have now dropped to the fourth position on the log with 47 points and will face Aduana Stars next
