Ghanaian champions, Asante Kotoko are hoping for a massive squad shake up before the second phase of the ongoing season begins.

One of the players the club is contemplating on releasing very soon is striker, Solomon Sarfo Taylor who is yet to find his rhythm despite joining them early last year on a free transfer.

The 25 year old previously enjoyed his spell with Karela United especially in the NC special competition, where he formed a deadly partnership with Diawusie Taylor then, making the CAM Park a fortress.

He left to join Danish first division side Vendsyssel FF on a short spell.

Solomon Sarfo Taylor has always struggled to become a mainstay in Kumasi and the last time he featured competitively was against RC Kadiogo in the CAF Champions League prelims.

However, Asante Kotoko have identified other options in January as they look to strengthen their attack, one of which is former WAFA striker Justice Aaron Amate who is currently with ASFA Yennenga in the Burkinabé topflight.
