Former WAFA striker, Daniel Lomotey is set to return into the Ghanaian topflight as reports says his move to Aduana Stars is very imminent.

The 23 year old's last spell was with the Academy Boys in the 2020/21 football season where he netted eight solid goals in the first phase before leaving for ES Setif in Algeria.

In the Ligue 1, the enterprising striker could score only two goals in less than ten league matches but subsequently had his contract terminated in what is described as poor performance.

Speculations has it that, the 'Ogya' lads are still in talks with the prospect whom they are willing to bring on board as replacement for ex- starman Bright Adjei who's now moved to Tanzania.

Aduana Stars are currently leading the Ghana Premier League with 24 points after 13 matches and will look to strengthen their squad for the remainder of the season.
