According to the latest reports, Hearts of Oak are very close to signing Medeama SC left-back Fatawu Sulemana in the ongoing transfer window.
The 20-year-old has been outstanding since joining the Mauves and Yellows and played a pivotal role in the club's first ever Ghana Premier League success in the 2022/23 season.
He subsequently joined Sudanese heavyweights Al-Merrikh SC last year but retuned due to unknown reasons and rejoined the Tarkwa-based club early this year.
In the just ended season, Fatawu Sulemana made 13 league appearances in the second round only and once again scored higher marks in most of the matches he played.
The 'Phobians' per speculations, have identified Fatawu Sulemana as a potential figure to strengthen their squad for next season and will have to battle with Dennis Korsah on the left side of defence.
