Ghanaian heavyweights Hearts of Oak have been chasing Dreams FC shot-stopper Solomon Agbasi and are willing to lure his service as they look to strengthen their goalkeeping department heading into the new season but the deal is currently off, per reports.
The 23-year-old undoubtedly has been one of the best goalkeepers locally for the past two seasons and has recently been strongly tipped to be in the next Black Stars squad since the bookmakers feel he is so riped for that challenge.
Speculations has it that, Hearts of Oak have always had Agbasi on their wishlist and are pushing so hard to secure his service in the upcoming season
However, according to Ghana football transfer expert Shaban Mohammed, Hearts of Oak are really pushing but are really struggling to finalize the deal with Solomon Agbasi, who is currently unattached.
Reports say, the Phobians will have to push harder by presenting a lucrative offer before they could secure the highly-rated goalkeeper.
The enterprising goalie played a vital role to help Dreams FC win the MTN FA Cup two seasons and serged on to win the competition's best goalkeeper after series of excellent performances.
However, Agbasi made it even better having carried the 'Still Believe' lads to the semi final of the CAF Confederations Cup in the just ended season with three clean sheets and was named the best goalkeeper once again, in the continent's second biggest club football competition.
